openid, email, profile) — чтобы показать, под каким аккаунтом вы вошли;
drive.file) — чтобы хранить там расписание и синхронизировать его между вашими компьютерами. Остальные файлы на Диске программе не видны;
calendar.app.created) — чтобы показывать ваши события в отдельном календаре «Calendar». Этот доступ не даёт видеть остальные ваши календари;
Google (
Google
Google API Services User Data Policy,
Google.
- Отозвать доступ в любой момент: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Summary
Calendar is a desktop app for Windows. It has no server of its own. Your schedule is stored on your computer and,
if you sign in with Google, in your own Google account. The developer does not receive, see, or share your data.
Data the app uses
- Your schedule: events, done marks, notes, sticky notes and settings, stored in a file on your computer.
- If you sign in with Google, the app requests:
- your email address and name (
openid, email, profile) to show which account is signed in;
- access only to files the app itself created in your Google Drive (
drive.file) to store your schedule and sync it between your computers. Other Drive files are not visible to the app;
- optionally, access only to calendars the app itself created (
calendar.app.created) to show your events in a separate “Calendar” calendar. This access does not show your other calendars;
- optionally, read-only access to your Google calendars (
calendar.readonly) to bring events from the calendars you choose in the settings into the app's schedule. The app reads only the list of your calendars and the events of the chosen calendars (title, description, location, time, color, recurrence, declined invitations), from 30 days back to one year ahead. The app never changes or deletes anything in your Google calendars. Imported events are stored with your schedule: on your computer and in the app's file in your Google Drive.
Where data is stored and who receives it
- On your computer (the app's folder in your Windows profile).
- In your Google account: the “Calendar” folder in Google Drive and the “Calendar” calendar in Google Calendar.
- The app talks directly to Google and sends data nowhere else: not to the developer, third parties, or advertising or analytics services.
- The Google sign-in token is stored encrypted on your computer.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features of the app and is never used for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models, and is not read by humans.
Deleting your data
- In the app's settings (the “Profile” section), click “Delete my data from Google” and confirm. The app removes your schedule from its file in Google Drive (only an empty “deleted” mark is left there, so your other computers don't upload the data again), deletes the “Calendar” calendar from Google Calendar, signs out and revokes access. If something fails (for example, there is no internet connection), the app tells you and you can click again. Data on your computer is kept.
- Sign out in the app's settings: the app forgets the token and revokes access with Google.
- Delete the “Calendar” folder in Google Drive and the “Calendar” calendar in Google Calendar.
- Turn off “Sync events with Google Calendar” in the settings: events imported from Google Calendar are removed from the app's schedule.
- Revoke access at any time: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- When you uninstall the app, you can choose whether to delete the data on your computer as well. You can also delete it manually from the app's folder.
